Features:
1. During the test process, the samples were taken and released with a simple guide rail. The guide rails were used to pull out the samples directly. No need to open the sealing valve, without using other sampling tools to reduce errors and improve measurement accuracy.
2. Sample combustion boat guide rail support, located in the center of the heating furnace core area to ensure uniform heat around the sample, the test accuracy is higher. Avoid the traditional combustion boat placed directly on the test tube, the drawbacks of uneven heating.
3. The injector for the sample combustion boat is marked, scaled, and bespoke to ensure that the same requirements are placed on the sample locations in a repetitive test, just as it is for each insertion into the furnace. The traditional carbon
black content tester, to make their own mark, observe and then adjusted, leading to low efficiency, poor repeatability.
4. Avoid open-door furnace defects, using double-wire wound heating, heating more uniform, and anti-aging.
