SKZ81 Integrated single base Portable Digital Coating Thickness Gauge with Magnetic Sensing, 0-1250μm Range & Auto Calibration for Manufacturing QC.
This series of instruments is a portable thickness gauge, which can measure the thickness of coatings and coatings quickly, without damage and precision. Widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, automotive industry, business and other fields. The performance has reached the appraisal of authoritative third-party institutions: it meets many standards such as GB/T 4956-1985, GB/T 4957-1985, JB/T 8393-1996, JJG 889-95, JJG 818-93 and so on.
Feature:
1.Thickness measurement using both Magnetic Method to measure the non-magnetic coating on a magnetic metal substrate and Eddy Current Method to measure the non-conductive coating on a non-magnetic metal substrate.
2.Single-point or two-point method could be used to correct probe system deviation, in order to ensure the accuracy of the device in the process of measuring.
3.Automatic identify ferrous and non-ferrous substrate quickly.
4.Power voltage indicator.
5.Speaker beep while operating.
6.Power-off automatically when idle; manually power-off available.
7.Negative display function to ensure the accuracy of zero point calibration.
8.Showing average, max, min value.
