Application:

Installation:
1. After cooling, unscrew the nut.
2. The two knife blades are inserted into the two legs knife seat, tighten the nut. Ensure full contact the blade and knife seat. If the knife legs were not installed correctly, the blade will not be heated.

Cutting:
1. Avoid direct contact with two knife seat, cause a short circuit.
2. Adjust the temperature control knob to the middle position, the blade on the cutting object, then press the trigger. Preheat a few seconds to cut. It is recommended to test the waste material first.
3. When cutting is best to keep the temperature and speed of harmonization. If smoke too much, it may be because the cutting speed is too slow or the temperature is too high. This may cause irregular cutting path, not flat, this situation, you can lower the temperature or intermittently release the switch during cutting. When finished cutting the distance 3-5CM, release the switch.
When cutting, the exposed portion of the blade should not be more than 2 cm, if the exposed portion is too long, the blade may be bent due to overheating.
4. Use wire brush to clean the blades.
NOTES:
1. Always use this tool in ventilation.
2. Do not burn residual debris on the blade, or blade will bend.
3. Please contact cutting object then heated.
4. Do not touch the blade, Do not place the blade near the clothing, or flammable materials.
5. Dispose of the blade after blade cooling, in order to avoid accidental injury
6. Please do not make a red-hot blade without cutting materials.
7. Super power output will overheat the blade deformation, overheating may cause damage to knife seat. Adjust output power to achieve a reasonable appropriate cutting speed.
8. Press the switch for a few seconds so will heating cutting object, (Special Note: hold down the switch for about 60 seconds, better to release the switch once, hold the switch to continued use, This tool is the use of intermittent operation, can not hold down the switch to use for long time continued use.)
